All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery (the date the package is received by you). For international shipments, this period may vary based on customs processing times. Certain products are non-returnable or non-refundable, such as digital products, downloads, or software once accessed or downloaded; customized or personalized items tailored specifically for the customer; gift cards, vouchers, or store credits; final sale or clearance items marked as such; and items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear beyond normal usage.
To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team at sales@motorex.io with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable. Our support team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Affix the provided RMA form or shipping label to the package. Ship the item back to the designated address. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake, such as sending the wrong item, defective product, or damaged goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. If the return is approved due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will reimburse the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
Once we receive the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to verify its condition and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item passes inspection, we will proceed with the refund or replacement as requested. If the item does not meet the criteria (e.g., used excessively, damaged beyond normal testing, missing parts), we reserve the right to deny the return or offer a partial refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card provider but typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days. Please note that if you paid via third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay), refunds may take additional time depending on their processing policies.
The following items are not eligible for refunds: Digital downloads or access once downloaded or opened; Customized or personalized products; Gift cards or store credits; Items marked as Final Sale or clearance; Damaged or used items beyond normal testing; Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective upon arrival, or incorrect/not as ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photos. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including shipping costs in some cases. We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence before processing your claim.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, you must initiate a return for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product. If you wish to expedite the process for a specific item, please contact our support team for options.
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not already shipped. To cancel an order, contact our customer support immediately at sales@motorex.ae. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process once you receive the product.
Returns received after the 14 days period may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee. Unclaimed packages returned to us due to incorrect address details or refusal will be processed as a return, and refunds will be issued minus any applicable shipping fees.
Our refund and return policies comply with applicable laws in the regions where we operate. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
